The location. The property is also admittedly quite nice, but it's a shiny veneer concealing a rude host who seems to rarely be present and does not bother with communicating with guests unless it's for the purpose of collecting money.

Profane and aggressive host tried to charge extra for kids clearly included in the booking. No screens or air conditioning and poor air flow meant either very hot nights or pesky flies & mosquitoes. Host did not respond to request for fans.
